About the Event
Welcome to Trap Cardio® University, the official instructor education program for Trap Cardio®.
This Virtual Instructor Training is part of the Trap Cardio® Instructor Certification pathway and is designed for individuals located outside of Richmond, VA who are interested in becoming a certified Trap Cardio® Instructor.
During this live, 3-hour training, participants will be introduced to:
Trap Cardio® foundations and teaching standards
Class structure, musicality, and cueing
Instructor expectations and next steps
