Trap Cardio leads a virtual lunch workout for the teachers and administration of Richmond Public Schools.
For the 2nd year in a row, Trap Cardio leads the warm-up for the Richmond, VA's National Kidney Foundation walk. The 1st year was in-person. The 2nd year was via Zoom.
Trap Cardio is hosted by Virginia Commonwealth University and Old Dominion University
for their school's spirit week.
