Join our instructor database to help cousins locate your class. Access to an active support group, via our website, where you're able to connect with us and other instructors around the world.

Continued Education

A monthly membership program to give you ongoing support and tools for success, i.e.. exclusive access to new routines, discount on merchandise, TrpaCation, and best practices to help strengthen you as an instructor (graphic design, transferrable skills, etc.).

Upon completion of training, you will be mailed a Trap Cardio® t-shirt and learn the:

History, mission and principles of Trap Cardio® that ensure that we keep the beat alive.
Basic Trap Cardio® steps, verbal and non-verbal cueing, choreography
Art of structuring a class
Engagement and marketing tips

Graduation

Completion of TCU doesn't guarantee licensing. After training, you'll have 60 days to submit a video of yourself teaching two, pre-selected Trap Cardio® routines. Afterwards, you will receive constructive feedback to ensure that you have embodied the spirit of leading from the front. Upon approval, you will sign our licensing agreement and begin your membership to our Trap Cardio® Instructor Portal which will provide you with community and the tools you need to ensure success.
